01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and epicwin.ph ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the epicwin.ph website, mobile interface, games, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. epicwin.ph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on epicwin.ph — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, video poker, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. The outcome of every game is determined independently and cannot be influenced by epicwin.ph or any player.

By participating in any game on epicwin.ph, you agree to abide by the specific rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be deemed correct and final.

• Bets placed after a game round has concluded will be deemed void.

07 Prohibited Activities

epicwin.ph employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be immediately suspended. All funds in the account may be withheld pending a full investigation, and epicwin.ph reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the epicwin.ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of epicwin.ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the epicwin.ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or age verification checks.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, epicwin.ph will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an ongoing investigation) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of epicwin.ph, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached informally within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

epicwin.ph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.
